Cégep de Matane is seeking a contractor to refurbish the boiler room’s exterior walls and chimney and replace the main entrance. The work also includes replacing the generator, main electrical panel, electrical substation, emergency switch, and a door to the Hydro-Québec annex. The project calls for demolition of the ceiling at the generator’s current location, which contains an asbestos panel.
