Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP6 commercial standard within containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire dry interior to an SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat zinc epoxy system. Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Foundation: Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Catch Basin: Install a catch basin at the overflow discharge. Repairs: 1)Replace the wet interior roof hatch. 2)Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 3)Install a sample tap on the fill/draw pipe. 4)Install a chemical feed tap on the fill/draw pipe. 5)Overflow discharge modification. 6)Install a fall prevention device on the leg ladder and roof ladder. 7)Install a sidewall platform. 8)Install a dry interior ladder. 9)Install a wet interior ladder. 10)Balcony drain holes. 11)Balcony access modification. 12)Replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent. 13)Install roof rigging couplings. 14)Install bowl rigging couplings. 15)Install light fixtures in the dry interior riser.
