Add Alternate work two options: Extension of the length of the building by 30' to a total of 130 feet and the upgrading of the painted T1-11 siding to cement board siding. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
