New units shall match existing system tonnage, BTU capacity, voltage, phase, and shall meet or exceed current minimum efficiency standards (SEER rating) and be compatible with existing indoor equipment. Installation shall include new refrigerant line sets (if required), filter driers, service disconnects (if required), electrical whip connections, mounting pads (if required), vibration isolation pads, anchoring hardware, and reconnection to existing ducted systems. The contractor shall recover all refrigerant in accordance with EPA regulations and provide documentation of proper recovery and disposal. See attached file.
