The mission emphasizes providing equitable, effective, and student-centered interventions, ensuring students are educated in the least restrictive environment. Key strategic pillars include fostering interdependent partnerships with regular education, member districts, families, and community stakeholders; promoting equity by eliminating barriers; delivering data-driven and evidence-based specialized supports; and continuously building staff capacity through professional development. The overarching aim is to aid each child in achieving their individual potential.
