Key strategies include summer school programs to address learning gaps, teacher training in Marzano and High Reliability Schools methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness, and expanding educational technology access for all students, particularly those from low-income backgrounds and with disabilities. The plan aims to improve academic, social, emotional, and mental health outcomes for all students by providing additional learning opportunities, enhancing teacher skills, and ensuring equitable access to technology.
