Provide roofing repairs and tpo install that also includes set up materials, safety, and equipment. Remove sections of gutter over breezeway and cap them off. Add PVC pipe extensions where needed. Mechanically fasten 3" eps and 1" insulation board. Adhere tpo membrane using tpo adhesive. Add new gutters to each breezeway/corridor roofing area. Utilize slip metal to tie in membrane on the sides of the breezeway, where it meets adjacent buildings. Install drip edge and use cover strip to tie in and create waterproofing over building edge. Install pipe boot over any existing vents. Seal all areas near the breezeway that have incorrect panel install, holes, water entry points. See attached file.
