Two induction contracts were also approved.

The regular session covered Gold Star Highlights recognizing high-achieving students, construction updates on Dixie High School's Field House, the Career Center, AHS, and DHS, and a review of draft calendar options for 2024-25. Other topics included gym bleachers for AHS and DHS, a maintenance update, a financial update, curriculum and instructional updates, and a board chairman's update. Action items included the approval of bleachers for AHS and DHS, and the first reading of several policies. A request for information regarding employee leave was made.
