Conducting a Market Analysis seeking Interested and Capable Parties with an EHR-Claim Linked Database to provide access to a de-identified, population-based dataset that links insurance claims with electronic health record (EHR) data. Access to the database would enable CAMI to conduct research necessary to meet mission requirements. Access would provide the FAA with a de-identified, longitudinal linked claims and EHR dataset for a population that is demographically matched to all pilot medical certificate applicants for calendar years 2020 through 2024, at a 5:1 ratio (i.e., five matched individuals for each FAA medical certificate applicant).
