The project to replace the end of lifecycle chillers at buildings 1, 2 and 104 shall include the following: The project shall replace the standby chiller located on the roof of building 1 above the kitchen. Replace building 2 chillers 1 and 2, modifications to chilled water piping in basement to utilize campus chilled water as backup and remove chiller 3. Replace building 104 operating room backup chiller and relocate to roof of building 104, to include additional piping to relocate chiller to roof. See attached file.
