The work shall include design and construction of a new fully adhered, min. 80 mil reinforced TPO roof system to replace the existing multi-layered single membrane roof consisting of a Magnum C3 Membrane (Elvaloy) over insulation installed in 1998 over original built-up roof membrane over original insulation. New roof assembly shall consist of the TPO roof membrane, consisting of fiberglass mat face gypsum cover board over polyisocyanurate board insulation on original metal roof deck. In addition, replace existing roof drain and overflow roof drain with new sump pan assemblies. Replace existing roof drain piping and add new primary and overflow drain wall outlets per plumbing scope of work. The roof system shall be designed and installed requiring no structural modifications to the existing structure.
