The Department of Veterans Affairs (West Palm Beach Healthcare System) is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 12,948 ABOA square feet of contiguous medical office space to establish a Primary Care Clinic in Vero Beach, Florida within specific geographic boundaries and with at least 100 reserved parking spaces. The government requires space ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2028, documentation that the property is outside the 100-year flood plain, completed GSA forms (GSA 1217 and 1364), design intent drawings, energy efficiency and safety/security compliance, and other VA-specific clinical facility requirements. The space must be existing (or modernized/adaptively reused), provide a minimum of 100 parking spaces, and be ready for occupancy by April 1, 2026; the VA may consider a lease term of up to 10 years.
