Seeks qualified affordable housing developers who have site control to propose the use of the unallocated PLHA funds for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable rental and ownership housing that meets the needs of a growing workforce in conjunction in alignment with the purposes of PLHA.
