The selected proposer will be the On-Call Planning and Engineering Consultant to LCLGRPB whose duties shall include data collection and analysis, planning, and engineering services on an as-needed basis to enhance and support the LCLGRPB’s activities and to assist with the implementation and execution of ongoing projects and programs. The Consultant will be assigned discreet work tasks through a written request from the LCLGRPB Executive Director detailing the nature and timeline for the work to be performed. The Consultant is then expected to provide a Work Order with cost for signature before any services are rendered.
