Winward Falls Sanitary LS & Force Main RFP

Description: Work includes the following: sanitary lift station & force main facilities which includes, but is not limited to: site grading, 7-inch thick concrete driveway paving, 6-inch thick stabilized sand driveway base, bollards, swppp (installation, maintenance and removal), coating and painting, water service line, back flow preventer, water meter, hose bib, and all else. Purchase of pre-ordered lift station package to include: concrete wet well, three (3) 7.5-hp grundfos slv. 40.A40.75 submersible wastewater pumps, discharge piping, check valves, air release valve, guide rails, transducer, floats, and control panel. Package includes vendor installation of pumps, guide rails, valves, and discharge piping. See attached file.
