AvailableWork consists of Courthouse Restoration: Tuck point, window sealing & cleaning the exterior. The selected vendor will be responsible for the following: Clean and seal exterior surface, inspect mortar cracks and openings greater than 1/32”. Those eroded more than 1/4” in depth shall be cleaned of all loose debris. Defective mortar joints will be pointed with non-staining, non-shrinking type N masonry pointing mortar. R&R existing window & door sealants on competition surface shall be given application of natural stone treatment. Clean outside of windows & seal them.
