Summary
Requires a service contract to perform hood/duct cleaning of listed cooking equipment exhaust systems. The contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to clean listed cooking exhaust systems to NFPA 96, Chapter I standards (procedures for use and maintenance of equipment: 6 F Up- Draft grill stand in canteen, approx. 75 F of exhaust duct and centrifugal exhaust fan, mounted on roof of the ICU (vert. duct and exhaust fan). 16 F wall mounted canopy hood in canteen approx. 20 F of exhaust duct and general-purpose centrifugal exhaust fan, mounted on roof above canteen.
