Project consists of selective demolition of existing HVAC equipment, installation of two new boilers with associated pumps & glycol system, installation of one new Roof Top Unit with associated support steel, and installation of one new door opening. The Project Alternates consist of the removal of existing window-mounted air conditioning units, installation of new glazing, installation of new split systems with associated new electrical panels, installation of an additional new roof top unit with cooling capacity and with associated ductwork, ACT removal/re-installation, and new LED lighting.
