Summary
Construction of a new 2.0-million-gallon (MG) ground level, prestressed concrete, potable water storage tank, called the Willamette Heights Tank No. 4, with a 101-foot interior diameter, and a 38-foot wall height, including, but not limited to, the following items: Prestressed concrete storage tank construction; Gravel access road and site grading around tank; Storm and drainage piping and structures; Fully buried utility vault with seismically actuated butterfly valve; Storage tank feed and drainage piping, including flexible expansion joints at the storage tank; Electrical and instrumentation and controls work.
