The vendor must provide six designated data lines with specified bandwidths (500 Mbps down to 100 Mbps depending on site), supply 24-hour telephone support and technical support within 8 hours, and must not have access to VA computers or patient records. Period of performance is a base year from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027 with four option years; responses are due 2026-01-05.
