Description: The West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) is seeking sealed bids for the construction of approximately 7,000 linear feet of 12-inch and approximately 3,000 linear feet of 36-inch potable water line, including all necessary valves and appurtenances, together with flow metering and control facilities at the West Harris County MUD 7 Water Plant and the Westlake MUD 1 Water Plant. A mandatory pre-bid videoconference is scheduled for August 4, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time, and bids will be publicly opened via CivcastUSA on August 18, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. The project is contingent on release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board, with GFT Infrastructure, Inc. serving as the project engineer.
