The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy is soliciting a prequalified vendor to plug eight orphan wells and decommission two facilities at the Fisher McCall 12th Avenue site in Ottawa County. The work includes removing surface infrastructure such as pumping units, stock tanks, piping, and electrical components, removing concrete pads, capping deep flow-lines, and completing site grading and seeding. Proposals are submitted through Michigan’s SIGMA Vendor Self Service system, and award consideration requires a minimum technical evaluation score of 80 points.
