The contractor shall capture the web content in the seed lists provided by the Library at the frequencies outlined below in accordance with Section C of the IDIQ. The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will provide an initial seed list within five (5) business days of task order period of performance start date. Updates to the seed list will be provided no later than 24 hours prior to the start of each crawl. The contractor shall capture specified web content from the Library-provided seed lists at frequencies described in the requirements outlined below. The period of performance for this task order will be identified at the time of award. Crawls under this task will occur as identified in the task order at the time of award. Each task order will have an approximate two week period at the end of the period of performance for final quality assurance, acceptance, and transfer of data to the Library. See attached file.

This contract defines general requirements and guidelines for potential packing, storing, and transporting of Library materials. Specific requirements may vary from shipment to shipment and will be defined by the nature and content of each order. The Library will provide all relevant information in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), such as collection type, size, dimensions, weight, contact information, pick-up and deliver-to addresses, etc. to the contractor for each task order. Non-fragile, Fragile, Fine-Arts, and Film/Media Shipments: Non-Fragile shipments are composed of collections or pieces of equipment that are not breakable or capable of easily being damaged in the ordinary process of packing and moving the materials in the collection from place of origin to the Library through a contractor. Fragile shipments are composed of collections or pieces of equipment that are easily breakable in the ordinary process of moving the materials in the collection from place of origin to the Library with special packing and handling needs. Fine-Arts shipments are composed of collections of rare materials or pieces of artwork(s) and other formats with special packing and handling needs. Film/Media shipments may be composed of materials that require special handling, including temperature control and limiting light exposure. The following requirements apply to all four performance areas covered in this solicitation. The contractor shall: A. Arrange packing, storing, and transportation of Library materials in all formats, originating in the United States and throughout the world. The contractor shall properly pack Library materials and deliver the materials undamaged and in an excellent condition. B. Employ experienced staff with specialized knowledge and understanding of the packing and shipping of materials in all formats. See attached file.

A small percentage of gross sales shall be used by the Contractor to benefit the services provided in this contract.
