Stack and Rack Carts to be used at the BEP. Contractor shall provide the BEP with finished carts for use in the internal production process. Upon completion of Offset and Intaglio print phase, carts will be used to hold sheets for no less than seventy-two (72) hours of drying time. Carts are then offloaded and reused. During dry times, each cart will be secured and strapped with a security hood and locking mechanism. Mechanism will be provided by the BEP.
