Water Use Planning & Management Study Phase 2 RFP

Description: The City of Parksville is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake Phase 2 of the Water Use Planning and Management Study (WUPMS). Building on the findings of the Phase 1 study completed in 2026, this phase will advance the evaluation of key water supply, storage, and water conservation initiatives required to ensure a sustainable, resilient, and environmentally responsible water supply for the community over the long term. The total budget for this project is $350,000.00 plus GST. Proposals exceeding this value will not be considered in this competition.
