Work consists of the installation of a new plc inside the high service pump station drive room, the removal of the existing plc, the electrical connections of the new filter effluent valve actuators, and the installation of conduit and wire. The work also consists of configuration/code changes for the new filter effluent valve actuators. The work consists of the instrumentation for the high service pumps that shall be modified to include remote i/o panels for each pump to monitor motor bearing and winding rtds, and vibration sensors on the pump. The vibrations sensors on the pumps shall be replaced under this contract.
