Construction of a elevated steel storage tank with a capacity of 500,000 gallons. The tank shall be of a spheriodal shape and have a height of 110.5 feet to the Top Capacity Line. The work includes appurtences such as inlet and outlet piping, overflow piping and valve, tank vent, inside ladders, water storage mixing system, and tank access openings. Piping connections for water and overflow piping, as well as electrical conduit and wiring, shall extend through the foundation wall. The work also includes providing, exterior parking lighting, as well as concrete sidewalk construction. Also included under this Contract are earthwork, excavation, tank foundation backfilling, site grading, erosion control, landscaping, insulation, mechanical work, electrical work, painting, overflow splash pad and rip-rap, and all other related work and appurtenances.
