The Project generally consists of the following: Contract 2A: Headworks - New Influent Pumps, Mechanical Fine Screen, Washer/Compactor, and Aerated Grit System Equipment consisting of Aeration Diffusers, Grit Blowers, Grit Screw Conveyor, Grit Bucket Elevator, and Grit Classifier. Secondary Clarification - New Secondary Clarifier Sludge Collection Mechanisms. Solids handling - New RAS/WAS Pumps, New Digester Tank Aeration Equipment including dedicated Aeration Blowers and Diffusers, Installation of Owner-Purchased Belt Filter Press and Belt Filter Press Feed Pump. General Facility - Supporting process piping and building Architectural and Civil/Site improvements. Contract 2B: Improvements include the demo and installation of new HVAC equipment for the Headworks/Administration Building and Dewatering Building. Contract 2C: Includes removing power to existing process equipment that is to be demolished and connecting all new process equipment including new influent pumps, mechanical fine screen, washer/compactor, aerated grit system, secondary clarifier, RAS/WAS pumps, and aeration blowers for aerobic digesters. Includes furnishing and installing all control wiring for new process equipment associated with Contract 2A. Includes demolishing existing power and connecting all new equipment associated with Contract 2B. New emergency generator, automatic transfer switch, and associated equipment.
