The Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) seeks a qualified technical consultant to join the Private Roads Advisory Team to develop and implement prioritization criteria, review private road standards and revise the REI app, and create a Technical Assistance program to build capacity for private road erosion inventories in the Lake Champlain Basin. Phase 1 focuses on mapping and capacity building; Phase 2 supports completion of 12–20 Road Erosion Inventories with consultant support through summer 2027. The project is funded by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation and includes a period of performance from February 9, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
