City of Upper Arlington seeks a vendor to provide monthly videography and photography: coverage of up to three (3) City events/programs per month (each: 100–150 fully edited high‑res photos delivered same/next day; 1–2 minute edited videos with music, interviews, closed captions, on‑screen graphics, delivered within 5 business days; up to three rounds of edits) and up to two (2) economic development projects per month (100 edited photos; 2–5 minute videos plus a 60‑second social teaser, delivered within 30 days; up to three edit rounds). Contract term begins ~Mar 1, 2026–Feb 28, 2027 with one one‑year renewal option. Proposal requirements: flat monthly fee covering all listed deliverables, travel, equipment, and post‑production; maximum proposal length 10 pages; portfolio limit up to 10 video links and 25 photo samples; include three professional references.
