Vacancy Initiative Rehabilitation and Load Center Replacement RFP

Description: This project includes the interior renovation of two vacant units, as well as the replacement of electrical load centers. The scope of work includes, at both units, removal, disposal and replacement of outdated kitchen and bathroom finishes, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures (excluding the shower base as descripted below per unit), followed by furnishing and installation of new cabinetry per specifications, countertops, LVT/LVP flooring, plumbing fixtures, and solid-core interior doors with lever hardware. Painting throughout each unit, including repair and preparation of damaged walls and ceilings.
