Description: The U.S. Department of the Navy, through Military Sealift Command Headquarters Norfolk (MSCHQ Norfolk), has issued a Sources Sought notice (N3220526R0001) for the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking (ROH/DD) of the USNS MEDGAR EVERS (T-AKE 13), a Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo/ammunition ship. The contemplated firm-fixed-price contract requires the contractor to prepare for and accomplish all work items in the Government's ROH/DD work item package at the contractor's facility, which must be located on the East or Gulf Coast of the United States. The anticipated period of performance is 1 March 2027 through 28 July 2027, and interested shipyards must first execute and return the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement to gain access to the technical work item package.
