Many sites are on islands that are not connected with the mainland and require a boat or other means to access. The Contractor shall provide streaked horned lark monitoring services in accordance with the draft performance work statement (PWS) and the map of monitoring locations, which are attached to this notice. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work.
