The Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE), through its Get Ready/GEAR UP Minnesota program, seeks a qualified responder for a two-year partnership to develop and deliver a transformative entrepreneurial program for students in grades 8–12, including an annual conference with the first conference scheduled for May 2026. The selected responder will design and facilitate a full-day conference for up to 400 seniors, develop transferable curriculum (including materials for English Language Learners), recruit partners and speakers, manage logistics, and provide evaluation and reporting; optional year-round programming is available. The anticipated contract term is February 2026–July 2028 (with option to extend), estimated value range $500,000–$1,500,000 (HigherGov estimate), and the response deadline is January 6, 2026.
