Tustin Legacy Linear Park Phase 3 Between Armstrong to Warner RFP

Description: Work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials and incidentals for construction of the following, including site work and excavation, electrical, instrumentation, landscaping / irrigation improvements, plumbing, street improvements, restoration of adjacent properties, and appurtenant work. Main 12' multimodal path to match existing park. Secondary 6' walking trail to match existing park. Playground, fitness pods, and art pads. Other project elements include rocky bluff zone with decorative boulders and boulder seats, shade plaza with metal shade canopies. Paving includes concrete, stabilized decomposed granite for paths, pip rubber for playground, and concrete pavers. Planting includes trees, shrub, perennial mixes and turf sod. Stormwater strategies include planted bioretention swale. Lighting includes pedestrian lights along walkways and tree up lights.
