Tuolumne County Ambulance Services (RFP)

Tuolumne County (Health and Human Services Agency, EMS) seeks a qualified organization to provide personnel and management to operate the Tuolumne County Ambulance Service (TCAS), delivering ground ambulance services across the county to approximately 55,620 residents with ~8,200 calls annually. The RFP requests a full-service ground ambulance contractor able to staff multiple 24/7 and part-time ambulances, meet specified minimum qualifications, and satisfy performance, staffing, training, billing, and clinical quality requirements. The contract term is five years with an option to extend, the County will provide ambulances and certain infrastructure at no cost to the contractor, and the County will compensate the contractor monthly based on deployed unit hours.
