Description: The MRC du Témiscamingue seeks a feasibility study on sharing municipal administrative functions, including billing, taxation, payroll, and certain clerk’s office functions. The study will objectively assess cooperation options and identify models suited to municipalities in the territory, without recommending one uniform model. The indicative schedule runs from information gathering in November–December 2026 to a final report and recommendations in May 2027.
