TSA Third Party Testing Framework

Description: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is publishing its Third-Party Testing (TPT) framework to allow vendors and third-party labs to conduct and submit testing data for TSA screening and security equipment. The framework describes procedures, oversight, and how TSA may accept third-party test data to inform system evaluations. This Special Notice documents the scope, intent, and qualifications required for third-party testers to participate in the program.
