Transportation Offices and Transportation Management Center (PJ 2648) - NIB - *RE-BID*

The project consists of partial demolition of existing structures and construction of a new, one-story office building approx. 3000 SF in size. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, stormwater pollution protection, sheeting, shoring and bracing, sewer and stormwater connections, hazardous materials abatement, new fire barrier wall construction, fire sprinkler demolition, earthwork, concrete, framing, insulation, siding, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low voltage IT and access control, fiber optic, solar photovoltaic and battery storage system, sitework, landscape, fencing, and asphalt slurry seal.
