2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project

Description: The project includes the cleaning and lining of five (5) 12" sanitary sewers with lengths of 162, 309, 306, 232, and 180 LF. Also cleaning and lining of seven (7) 10" sanitary sewers with approx. lengths of 317, 300, 300, 193, 319, 105, 508, and 210 LF, followed by six (6) 8" sanitary sewers with lengths of 340, 145, 84, 209, 50, and 172 LF for a total of 4,441 LF. Hydrophilic end seals shall be installed at the end of each liner. In addition, furnishing all equipment, labor and materials required to clean, remove roots, trim protruding later taps and reinstate sanitary laterals.

2026 Storm Sewer Lining Project (IFB)
Work includes approx. 900 LF of cured in place pipe lining. Project consists of 5 phases. Phase 1 - pre-rehabilitation CCTV inspection shall include televising each sewer segment to document existing conditions, identify active leaks, assess pipe deterioration, locate connections, and identify potential voids. Phase 2 - structural rehabilitation shall include rehabilitation of the 36-inch by 24-inch oval sewer using a structural cured- in-place liner and rehabilitation of the 30-inch circular sewer using structural cured-in-place pipe lining. Phase 3 - lateral reinstatement shall include locating and reinstating all active storm sewer connections affected by the rehabilitation work at the completion of each workday or upon completion of each access structure-to-access structure section, whichever restores the connections sooner.
