TOOGA THEATRE PHASE 1 RENOVATION PROJECT RFP

Description: Chattooga County is seeking qualified contractors to complete Phase 1 renovation of the Tooga Theatre in Summerville, Georgia. The scope includes demolition and interior renovations, back-room, ticket booth and front entrance work, as well as installation of AV/IT equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, testing, and cleanup required to complete the project according to the plans and specifications.
