The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando issued a Sources Sought notice on behalf of the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) to perform market research and identify potential sources capable of conducting a technology study and trade-space analysis for a Time‑Space‑Position Optical Tracking (T‑SPOT) TSPI prototype for GNSS‑denied test ranges. The effort focuses on developing system architecture, CONOPS, and modeling & simulation to determine whether a T‑SPOT system can provide high‑accuracy 3D TSPI over large test ranges using passive terrestrial landmarks and minimal SWaP for airborne integration. Responses are voluntary (this is not an RFP or grant) and the notice provides submission instructions via email and references eligibility through the TReX‑II consortium.
