With the vinyl siding itself now failing, and to restore the historic aesthetics of the original building, it was decided that the vinyl siding should be removed. The rear facade will then be restored with more historically correct wood clapboard siding. Work to be completed in conjunction with the siding repair and/or replacement includes repairing the rear eave and overhang and corner and window trim as needed.
