The City of Bloomington, Illinois is soliciting sealed proposals for RFP #2026-18 to provide claims administration services for its self-insured workers' compensation, property, and liability insurance program. The selected Third-Party Administrator will provide comprehensive claims administration including timely reporting, reserving, investigation, adjuster assignment, monthly loss reporting, and internet access to loss data for the City. The contract is expected to begin May 1, 2026 and proposals are to be submitted via the City’s e-Procurement Portal (ProcureNow/OpenGov).

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) intends to issue a Request for Responses (RFR) to solicit proposals for third party liability health insurance investigations and claims recovery services to identify and recover MassHealth payments and support Premium Assistance program cost-effectiveness. The RFR will be posted on COMMBUYS and the EOHHS may contract with one or more qualified vendors to perform one or both TPL activities. This is an advance notification; no RFR documents were available on the COMMBUYS page at the time but a WTO notice attachment is present and respondents are directed to monitor the COMMBUYS posting for the full RFR and any amendments.
