Furnish, install, test, and certify all access control systems, cctv surveillance systems, audio visual and property televisions associated with the new airport hotel project. This scope includes guestroom electronic locks, backofhouse door locks, elevator controllers, wall-mounted readers, power supplies, battery backups, remote controllers, strikes, and related accessories, all in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and Marriott brand requirements.

Property Televisions is anticipated to include, but not be limited to: providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise required for the furnishing, installation, configuration, testing, and certification of the hotel’s in-room television and entertainment systems. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a turnkey, brand-compliant solution, including televisions, mounting hardware, power and data connections, cabling interfaces, brackets, software configuration, and integration with the hotel’s network and inroom entertainment platforms, in accordance with project specifications, Marriott brand standards and industry best practices.
