Description: The U.S. General Services Administration seeks offers for 365,000 to 401,500 ABOA square feet of contiguous space in a single building within Washington, DC’s Central Employment Area. The offered building must support up to 65,000 ABOA square feet of mission-critical operations and meet ISC Level IV security requirements, with specified parking, a dedicated freight elevator, secure generator space, and rooftop antenna access. The lease term is 20 years firm, and offers are due December 8, 2026.
