Terminal Support Services (RFP)

Provide supervision of ilwu labor to undertake truck and/or railcar unloading, sorting, recooping, marshalling, tallying, recording of damage, and compiling over, short and damage (os&d) documentation for export cargo received to place of rest and stored in transit on the marine terminals prior to vessel loading; supervision of ilwu labor to undertake sorting, recouping, marshalling, tallying, recording of damage, compiling over, short and damage (os&d) documentation, and truck and/or railcar loading of import cargo discharged from vessel to place of rest on the marine terminal.
