The contractor shall provide up to 100 rooms adequately equipped to accommodate the timeline being requested, 06JUL2026 (check-in) to 17JUL2026 (check-out). a. Rooms may be dual occupancy with a shared bathroom. b. Rooms shall be equipped with linen, towels, and pillows. c. Rooms shall have sufficient ventilation to account for July weather. d. Rooms and surrounding areas shall be clean and free of items that would otherwise affect egress. e.
