The Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 4192 offers cost-shared technical services to help customers make informed energy efficiency and clean heating and cooling decisions. To provide greater assistance during this challenging time, effective June 15, 2020 through December 31, 2020. The Scope of Work is a stand-alone document describing the existing conditions of a facility and the Technical Assistance Services to be conducted. The Services should be listed as tasks required to conduct the Project and make clean energy technology and system recommendations.
