TEC Modernization & Addition

Description: Renovation of AC Transit's existing Training and Education Center (TEC) for bus operators and mechanics to support conversion to a zero-emission bus fleet (Project P2204). The Work includes Phase 1 core improvements to the northern section (maintenance area and lobby) and Phase 2 work in the southern area (auditorium and balance of plant). A single firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the Base Bid Price. A 7% SBE goal and a 20% minimum prime self-performance requirement apply; refer to the IFB 2027-1720 documents for complete requirements.
