T2621 - NJDEP Remedial Investigation and Design Services RFP

Description: Professional engineering and science services from qualified firms to perform a variety of tasks related to Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR) efforts throughout New Jersey when NJDEP cannot do the work itself and has not otherwise contracted for these services as part of a larger project. Professional services required of the Contractor may include record searches, file reviews, Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations (RI), fieldwork sampling/testing, alternative evaluations, engineering evaluations, engineering designs, cost evaluations, remedial system monitoring/maintenance/optimization, and ecological and/or human health evaluations and assessments. In certain cases, the Contractor may be engaged to perform only portions of the entire site Remediation process, i.e. specific task, subtasks, or phases of the Remediation efforts.
